This Return Policy outlines the cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for consultation packages purchased from Fitstrain.

Nature of Services

Our offerings consist of educational lifestyle and nutrition consultation sessions. Because these are service-based appointments rather than physical products, standard product return policies do not apply. This policy describes how cancellations and refunds are handled.

Cancellation Before First Session

If you cancel your consultation package before the first scheduled session, you may receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to infocenter@fitstrain.world at least 48 hours before your first appointment.

Cancellation After Sessions Have Begun

If one or more sessions have been completed, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for remaining unused sessions. Completed sessions are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the last completed session.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit that session credit at our discretion.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of that session. We will attempt to contact you once via phone or email before marking a session as a no-show.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been initiated.

Digital Materials

Written session summaries and resource materials provided as part of consultation packages are non-refundable once delivered, as they constitute completed service deliverables.

Disputes

If you have concerns about a charge or service experience, please contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute. We aim to resolve all concerns fairly and promptly.
